This session will give emerging freelancers the training and perspective needed to develop a business plan and strategies for  financial and emotional sustainability. The session will cover how to structure a freelance portfolio, breaking into the industry, effective networking, recruiting anchor clients, identifying your brand and niche, and when to say no. Experienced freelancers will pick up new ideas and tactics to take their practices to the next level — and newcomers will understand what to expect in a freelance career.
