Women outnumber men for television news reporting jobs,  but just a handful of those reporters are out on the air.  At a time when newsrooms are looking for people to be their authentic selves, why are so few public with their sexual orientation?  This panel will explore some of the barriers women still face, the social pressures lesbians feel to conform, and what needs to happen for more women to feel comfortable.
