Emily Birnbaum is a legal reporter covering lobbying and the Supreme Court. She was previously a tech lobbying reporter for Politico. Prior, she covered tech policy for the publication Protocol and The Hill newspaper. She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Kenyon College and grew up in Bethesda, Maryland. She loves gabbing on the phone and taking care of her cats Bijou and Poyo.
