David Ingram is the senior broadcast producer for “The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer.” He is responsible for the show’s daily editorial coverage, including breaking news, packages, live reports, and in-depth interviews with leading newsmakers.
Prior to joining CNN, David was a worked for more than a decade at NBC News in New York, mostly recently as an executive producer with MSNBC. While at NBC, he was a leading producer on the network’s coverage of major events from the Boston Marathon Bombing to the Congressional hearings on the Jan. 6 attack. He has been awarded an Edward R. Murrow Award, as well as two Emmys, and a GLAAD Award.
David is a graduate of Auburn University in his home state of Alabama. He is an avid runner, having run marathons in New York, Chicago, London, and Berlin. He currently lives in Washington, DC, with his partner and their French bulldog, Henry.
