Lee Grossman has been with CBS since 1998, currently as VP of Creative for CBS News and Stations. Grossman oversees multiplatform news promotion, marketing, design, and community partnerships for CBS New York. The 4-time Emmy winning executive is passionate about his work in the diversity and inclusion space, presently serving as a Co-Chair of Proud, the Paramount Global Employee Resource Group for LGBTQ+ employees and allies. Lee is also Co-Lead of the CBS News and Stations Inclusion Council and a Board of Trustee for The Point Foundation, the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ scholarship fund.
